Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how payments made on oddio.in, operated by Rubens Entertainment Pvt Ltd, are handled. Payments are processed securely in Indian Rupees (INR) through our payment partner, Razorpay.
Donations
Donations made on this site are voluntary contributions to support Oddio’s development. Because the funds are put to work right away, donations are generally non-refundable.
When we will refund
We want every contribution to be intentional. If you donated by mistake — for example a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or an unauthorised transaction — contact us within 7 days of the payment and we’ll make it right.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (UPI, card, or netbanking) and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
Cancellations
Donations are one-time payments — there is no recurring charge or subscription to cancel.
Future purchases
Oddio products are not yet on sale. When our shop opens, purchases of physical products will be covered by a separate refund, return, and shipping policy shown at checkout.
